Welcome to Hayyak App . By downloading, accessing, or using the Hayyak App, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. General
1.1 **Eligibility**: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Hayyak App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 2. Voucher Purchase and Redemption

 4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 **Payment Processing**: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

5. Limitation of Liability
6.1 **No Warranty**: The Hayyak App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6.2 **Liability Cap**: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hayyak, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
6.3 **Restaurant Responsibility**: Hayyak is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of food, beverages, or services provided by participating restaurants.

 6. Termination
7.1 **Account Termination**: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
7.2 **Effect of Termination**: Upon termination, your access to the App and any unused vouchers may be revoked, subject to applicable laws.

 7. Privacy
8.1 **Data Collection**: Your use of the Hayyak App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Miscellaneous
10.1 **Force Majeure**: Hayyak is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical outages.
10.2 **Entire Agreement**: These Terms, along with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hayyak.
